基辅州的特里波利火力发电厂被完全摧毁。
俄罗斯周四大规模空袭乌克兰至少5个州的能源设施，造成多座发电厂不同程度损毁，基辅州最大火力发电厂完全摧毁。
根据乌克兰国家能源公司表示，遇袭州份包括哈尔科夫、基辅、扎波罗热、敖德萨和利沃夫。
乌克兰中央能源公司说，位于基辅州的特里波利火力发电厂被完全摧毁，该厂是基辅州、切尔卡瑟州和日托米尔州最大电力来源，意味三地的厂房完全丧失发电能力。
最大私营能源公司顿巴斯燃料和能源公司（DTEK）也表示，旗下80%发电设施遭俄军摧毁。
此外，乌克兰空军司令部公布，俄罗斯主要空袭利沃夫州，出动图95MS战略轰炸机发射20枚Kh101型或Kh555型空对地巡航导弹、米格31K战机发射6枚空射型匕首高超音速弹道导弹，另外出动12枚S300防空导弹、4枚Kh59型空对地巡航导弹、40架见证者131型或136型自杀式无人机。
司令部表示，乌军防空部队成功击落39架自杀式无人机、16枚Kh101型或Kh555型导弹、2枚Kh59型导弹，但未能拦截任何匕首导弹。
