截至周一早上9时，威北拉哈甸取水口的慕达河水位已回升至1.56米水平，而双溪赖滤水厂的净水输出量已回升到100%。
根据槟州供水机构（PBAPP）周一（15日）早上在脸书发布的消息，该机构正最大化从拉哈甸抽取生水输送到双溪赖滤水厂，同时，该机构也持续从孟光水坝释放储水到双溪赖滤水厂。
该机构指出，双溪赖滤水厂的净水输出量已回升到100%（每天约10亿升-JLH）。

较早前，槟州供水机构在周一零时25分也在官方脸书汇报，截至周日（14日）晚上11时，双溪赖滤水站的净水输出量已回升到90%。

槟州供水机构表示，随着双溪赖滤水站的净水输出量已回升，该机构可以从该滤水站输送更多净水到威省和槟岛地区。
