警方证实，周三下午接获一项指控雪兰莪州务大臣拿督斯里阿米鲁丁通过直接协商将一项价值7亿令吉的州政府工程，交予一家公司的投报。
根据《马新社》，沙登警区主任安巴拉甘助理总监受询时指，警方于周三（1日）下午2时接获上述投报。
他证实，报案者是雪州国民联盟（Perikatan Nasional）宣传主任莫哈末苏古慕斯达化。
本周二，有报道指阿米鲁丁及雪州公共工程、基建、农业及农基工业事务行政议员依兹汉直接颁布Landasan Lumayan私人有限公司（LLSB）负责雪兰莪海上门户项目（Selangor Maritime Gateway,SMG）和巴生河治理及沿岸土地开发，总额7亿令吉的巴生河治水项目。
另一方面，Landasan Lumayan私人有限公司（LLSB）董事经理赛夫阿兹猛周三（1日）在一项文告中指出，LLSB是雪大臣机构（MBI）旗下的全资子公司，并且获得州政府委任负责策划和执行有关工程项目。
“阿米鲁丁和依兹汉两人代表着州政府利益，以确保有关项目以透明化、有序和符合州政府目标的方式落实。”
