鹰航拒绝了印尼亚航收购廉价航空公司连城航空的建议。
根据《雅加达邮报》引述印尼鹰航（Garuda Indonesia）总裁阿礼阿斯卡拉谈话，指鹰航拒绝了印尼亚航（AirAsia Indonesia）收购廉价航空公司连城航空（Citilink Indonesia）的建议。
报导指出，连城航空是鹰航的子公司。阿礼说：“在鹰航的新管理下，连城航空做得比亚航好。”
亚航并没有发布声明回应阿礼的评论。根据《雅加达邮报》的报导，鹰航内部没有讨论，也没有股东指示脱售连城航空。他表示，鹰航并没有收到印尼亚航收购连城航空的正式建议书。
他承认，鹰航和亚航曾经洽谈，但谈的是合作，而不是收购。
印尼亚航总裁登里古尼亚旺表示，该公司有意收购连城航空，因为两家廉价航空公司有许多共同点。

“两者都是廉价航空公司。我们的强处是国际航线，它们（连城航空）的强处则是国内航线。我们对飞行员和机组人员也有类似的评价。”
登尼说：“我们感兴趣。如果连城航空的股东欢迎我们的提议，我们将感谢上帝。但如果没有，那没关系。”
他补充，两家公司皆使用空中巴士飞机。
