他说，副检察司则会考虑是否提控任何人。

“反贪会已经获得副检察司的同意，追讨这笔数额，以便归还政府。”
阿占巴基在6月召开的记者会曾说明，在沙布拉能源公司案件中，反贪会调查在2018年期间，国民投资公司（PNB）向被定义为政府相关公司的沙布拉能源注资1200万令吉，因为任何政府相关公司的资金的滥用都会触犯《2009年反贪会法令》第23条文或《刑事法典》的其他罪行。
至于涉及在2011年收受来自外国公司高达330万美元的贿赂的案件，阿占巴基表示，案件尚在调查中。
