消防与拯救局于周四下午4时15分接到通知后，从敦拉萨路派出7名消拯员，前往这个位于双子塔轻快铁站的现场。
根据消拯队现场指挥官莫哈末阿兹敏，他们到场前，轻快铁紧急应对团队（ERT）已经灭火，并控制情势。
无人在此事受伤，当局还在调查起火原因。
