一名73岁华裔水泥搅拌车司机在罗里顶部作业时，不幸被油槽盖击中头部，当场身亡！

这起工业意外发生在周五（21）清晨6时许，地点位于古晋石角一家工厂内，死者为陈姓男子，生前在厂区进行例行工作。
消拯局当天清晨6时10分接获投报抵达现场后，厂方出动起重机协助消拯员，将遗体移出，并由警方接手处理，遗体较后送往医院太平间解剖。事故发生则有待警方调查。
巴达旺警区主任莫哈末伊万警监受询时证实，死者是被油槽盖击中头部，重伤当场不治。
