美国人工智能公司OpenAI 16日上午出现大规模故障事故，影响全球用户使用ChatGPT、Sora等服务。

监测网站Downdetector数据显示，大马时间16日上午9时左右，OpenAI的错误回报次数急速增加，美国、英国和日本等多地有用户报告有异常。
数据指出，约88%的ChatGPT用户投诉无法登入，有的内容无法生成。
OpenAI表示，目前已发现问题，ChatGPT纪录模式、Sora和Codex出现错误，正努力解决问题。
