中国海警局新闻发言人甘羽表示，23日，福建海警组织舰艇编队在“乌丘屿、东引岛”附近海域开展综合执法演练，检验联合巡航、快速反应及应急处置能力。
总统赖清德20日发表就职演说后，中国外交部、国台办等陆续回应，强调“一个中国”、反对台独。
