内陆税收局已创建“律师职能”（Peranan Peguam），以让律师能够通过MyTax网站上的电子产业盈利税（e-CKHT），提交纳税人的产业盈利税申报表（BNCKHT）。
税收局今日发文告说，上述功能是根据1976年产业盈利税法令第57A（3）条文创建。

文告指出，律师职能的申请仅开放予已向律师组织注册的律师事务所的旗下律师，并可通过https://mytax.hasil.gov.my完成申请程序。
“申请者必需使用大马卡号码和密码登入MyTax。如果没有税务识别号码（TIN），则可通过MyTax的电子注册（e-Daftar）提出申请。”
