一名29岁华裔女子周六（4日）早从槟城大桥上坠海，至今下落不明生死未卜，目前搜救队仍在海上展开搜救行动。
据查，坠海者是江慧文（译音），来自槟岛立信花园人士，她早上独骑摩托车外出后，在槟大桥槟岛朝往威省方向的4.5公里处坠海。

江氏在事发时，将雅马哈（Yamaha Lagenda）摩托车停泊在上述地点后坠海，接获投报的水警及各搜救单位已第一时间在海上搜救。
槟州消拯局周六早9时42分接到投报后，派出消拯队支援海事执法机构进行搜救行动，截至下午2时为止，尚未发现坠海者下落。
