“为劳工效劳”（WFW）手机应用程式是于2021年5月推出，让雇员可直接向当局作出投诉。
人力资源部长沈志强说，“为劳工效劳”（WFW）手机应用程式（App）自2021年5月推出后，截至今年2月25日共接到3万4156宗投诉，拖欠薪金占最多，达6393宗。

除了拖欠薪金投诉外，其他有3095宗雇主不允许居家作业（WFH）、2895宗为没有依法的扣除薪水、2298宗案件中没有加班费和遣散费、2768宗为未获通知下被开除、2424宗为雇主不遵守最低薪金以及1577宗没有工作合约。
他说，在3万4156宗投诉中，3万3093起投诉已经处理、687起等待检查、280宗等待核实、96起等待确认。
他透过国会书面答复打巴国会议员拿督斯里沙拉瓦南询问人资部开发的“为劳工效劳”（WFW）手机应用程式（App）进展时，如是表示。
