反贪污委员会将在周一（29日）将前财政部长敦达因控上法庭。
根据反贪会的媒体通知，一名前财政部长将在周一早8时30份，在吉隆坡地庭面控。

敦达因周六（27日）也证实，自己已经接到通知，将在1月29日，在《2009年反贪污委员会法令》第36（2）条文下被控。
反贪会是基于“潘多拉文件”内的资料，对敦达因及家属展开调查，甚至一度查封其家族所拥有的Ilham大厦。
敦达因的妻子杜潘奈依玛在1月23日已因未遵循反贪会指示申报资产而被控上法庭，而敦达因则因病入院治疗而延迟被控。
