周海媚去年12月11日病逝，享年57岁。她生前友情出演古装中国剧《仙剑4》，不料成为遗作，近日剧集开播，女神名字被打上方框，意即人已不在世上，网友难过留言“看着有点心酸”。

周海媚赴台演出《倚天屠龙记》走红，拥有“最美周芷若”封号，随后转战中国戏剧圈，离世前在《仙剑四》饰演“玄天神女”。《仙剑四》片头字幕，友情出演阵容出现她的名字，并且围上方框，在影视圈字幕有此注记，表示人已经逝世。
