大山脚福德正神会福利组发放10月份医药援助金，共拨出1万2500令吉予5名病人，以减轻他们的医药负担；每人各获得2500令吉援助金。
本期受惠病人分别是患有肾病的王九惹（71岁）、庄海财（61岁）及林建成（35岁）；另2名病人许志成（80岁，双脚麻痹）及陈翠芳（80岁，不良于行），由该会福利主任吴昌盛前往其住家移交。
