性骚意味行径不应成常态 南希：公然抑或玩笑都不该

南希苏克里提醒各方，无论是公然还是玩笑性质的性骚扰，都不应形成社会的一种常态。

妇女、家庭及社会发展部长拿督斯里南希苏克里提醒各方，具有性骚扰元素的行为，不应形成社会的一种常态。

她说，无论是公然还是玩笑性质的性骚扰，都不应存在。

“一部分人可能会认为他们的行为是不具威胁的玩笑或误会，常态化这样的行为实在不该。”

“性骚扰课题不是新鲜事，但是，我们对这个问题的表达和持续探讨极其重要，且是必要的。”

她周一（25日）为沙巴的反性骚扰宣传活动主持推介礼，在会上致词时这么说。

南希苏克里（右4）和政府机构、私人界及非政府组织代表齐在会上对性骚扰说“不！”

南希说，高达90%的性骚扰案件涉及女性，去年一共报416宗，2021年则报446宗。

她说，涉及儿童的案件也已臻令人担忧的地步，去年全国一共有35宗，其中4宗在沙巴州。

“沙巴的性骚扰案件，在全国的排名是继雪兰莪和吉隆坡后位居第3，包括涉及儿童的案件。”

她希望3月28日起分阶段生效的2022年反性骚扰法令，有助受害者勇于举报。

另外，她说，上述活动旨在提升民众对性骚扰方面的意识，以便人们勇于面对这项难题。

“我们希望社会越来越认识什么是性骚扰，并援引现有的法令，勇于向他们信任的人道出被性骚的经历。”
