峇眼国会议员林冠英移交选区拨款3万令吉予北海税关村中学，协助该校基设提升。
他表示，其中的1万5000令吉充学校校园的道路提升，3500令吉是添购电脑室冷气设备，其他的拨款主要供学校网络、闭路电视、数码设备的提升及维修所需。
会上，林冠英将拨款移交予该校家协主席林淑龙，校长苏古玛兰见证，其他出席的包括副校长林静玮及林传山、峇眼惹玛州议员朱悦权、林格斯瓦然上议员、选区助理陈楷棕等。
