喜力啤退出俄业务预估涉及亏损3亿欧元。
荷兰啤酒厂喜力（Heineken）周五宣布，公司以象征性1欧元（5令吉）把俄罗斯业务卖给俄国最大的美妆品及居家用品制造商阿内斯特集团后，正式完成退出俄国市场的程序。声明还说，此举预估将对公司造成3亿欧元（15亿506万3400令吉）的损失。
据悉喜力在俄罗斯有7间啤酒厂，买方阿内斯特集团承诺未来3年继续聘用原有的1800名员工。
喜力在去年3月，即俄罗斯出兵乌克兰后不久，便宣布退出俄国市场。然而，该公司被批评退出进度缓慢。
喜力在周五的声明中称，上述交易已获得所有必要的许可批准，可以结束喜力“由去年3月展开的退出俄国程序”。声明还提到，这项举措预估将造成3亿欧元的损失。
