陈致中（前）目前已入狱服刑。

台湾前总统陈水扁儿子、高雄前市议员陈致中因洗钱罪被判囚1年，于上月11日开始在高雄第二监狱服刑。因陈致中另涉伪证罪，台湾高等法院周三裁定合并执行1年2个月。
高检署表示，陈致中先前亦因伪证罪被判囚3个月定谳，因此依数罪并罚等规定，将他所涉洗钱、伪证罪向高等法院声请应执行刑期。高院表示，陈致中犯伪证罪、共同有掩饰他人因重大犯罪所得财物洗钱罪，审酌其犯罪情节、侵害法益等情况，裁定上述刑期。
以往报道显示，陈水扁妻子吴淑珍收受龙潭购地案、南港案贿款后，指示友人蔡铭哲汇往海外账户藏匿，部分洗钱回台湾，部分指示陈致中及其妻黄睿靓汇进海外账户。陈致中上月已入监，当天并缴清150万新台币（22万5669令吉）罚款。
