此宗火患是于周一（6日）上午8时许，发生在高乌武吉柏兰碧移民局处理护照的办公室内。

高乌消拯局消息指出，该局于上午8时42分接获火灾投报，随即派员赶往现场展开灌救，并由吉打华玲消拯局增援。
消息透露，火灾涉及一楼的办公室，烧毁了办公桌和电脑。
在消拯人员的努力下，火势于上午9时18分成功控制，并且无人在这场火灾中受伤。
