伊党署理主席拿督斯里端依布拉欣说：“我们在全国各地已设立伊党选区（竞选机关），只有沙巴的数个地点还没有，在大马半岛的已全面备战。”
他指出，党基层在很早之前已启动备战机关，确保该党在来届大选取胜。

“至于党方面，我们还在等待大选的日期，不过，整体来说，我们发现各州已准备就绪应对大选。
他周四（22日）晚为伊党登州竞选机关主持推介礼后对记者这么说。

也是环境及水务部长的端依布拉欣周四下午强调，全国大选应该在明年举行，以便政府能专注应对年底的水灾。
