1架周六飞临俄罗斯黑海舰队司令部上空的无人机遭击落，事件未造成严重损坏或人员伤亡。
这是乌军在1个月之内，第2次对俄军黑海舰队司令部攻击失败。
克里米亚塞凡堡首长拉斯佛札也夫在社交媒体贴文指出，该架无人机在塞凡堡黑海舰队司令部上空遭到击落，无人机是由乌克兰军队放出。

7月31日曾有1架无人机攻击黑海舰队司令部庭院，造成5人受伤，导致舰队节（Fleet Day）庆祝活动取消。
