行动管制令3.0期间，警方共发出逾1万4000张违反标准作业程序（SOP）罚单，并逮捕767人。
内政部长拿督斯里韩沙再努丁披露，6月1日至17日实行行管令3.0以来，内政部旗下的大马皇家警察、志愿警卫队（RELA）、大马海事执法机构（APMP）、大马移民局（JIM）、大马监狱局及国民登记局（JPN），共展开近9万5000次的SOP执法行动。
他说，在这期间，警方共发出了1万4539张罚单及逮捕767人。
他周五在布城内政部，向媒体汇报行管令3.0期间的执法情况时表示，警方也在全国132条可跨州和跨县的路径设置路障，检查有者是否为避开主要道路，而使用这些路径来跨州和跨县。
他补充，在行管令3.0期间，每日大约有1万1000人向警方申请跨州和跨县，惟警方仅批准紧急事故、死亡和工作的申请。
