2月4日更新的SOP一度将酒吧和夜总会内设的餐厅列为可营业的场所。
国家安全理事会更新行动管制令（PKP）标准作业程序，执行行动管制令（MCO）期间，禁止酒吧、夜总会，以及内设的餐厅营业。
早前在2月4日更新的SOP，一度将酒吧和夜总会内的餐馆，与一般的餐厅/食档、餐车、路边小贩、流动小贩，美食/小贩中心及路边摊（kiosk）并列，允许营业时间从上午6时至晚上10时。

不过，国安会于周一（8日）发布的最新资讯，注明酒吧、夜总会，以及内设的餐厅都一律禁止营业。
