他以每一天的记者会为例说，记者会背后是有150名专家在合作提供资料。”

他强调，他只是代表逾百名专才的看法传达给决策者，而卫生部有超过25万职员在为抗疫而努力。

“今天人们攻击我一人，说我高傲或等等，但不是，我向国安会或大众提出的看法是来自卫生部专才的意见，我必须消化了他们的专业看法后，再以简易方式传达给大家。”
他强调，要打赢战疫不能单靠卫生部，必须结集大家的努力。
