遭大马政府通缉的黄明志，深怕一回马就被抓去关，今年过年决定待在台北；同是异乡人的黄秋生，也因工作留在台湾，日前更口头邀约黄明志一起过农历春节，黄明志表示，还没想好要怎么过，但已经买好了电火锅，大家可以一起吃锅围炉，互相取暖。
黄明志与黄秋生在香港结缘，如今又都留在台湾工作，虽然领域不同，但两人仍常以讯息联络，关心彼此，看到黄明志遭大马通缉的消息，黄秋生相当担心好友的安危，随之提出自己会在台湾长住，两人找时间一起过年。据了解，黄明志交往8年多的化妆师女友Sarah，也留台陪伴男友。
