社交媒体流传槟岛湖内斯里阿曼公寓内有住户确诊新冠肺炎，医护人员全副武装出现把确诊者带走的视频，公寓管理层澄清，至今仍未接获卫生局通知，公寓内有发现任何确诊病例。
管理层人员周一接受本报询问时表示，医护人员是在周日晚10时许，带走3名本地居民到医院，目前没有任何证明他们是因为感染新冠肺炎被带走。
对此，管理层对上载视频者表示遗憾，管理层强调，一直都遵守着政府所规定的标准作业程序，为居民提供安全的居住环境，管理层也提醒公众不要传播未经证实消息，并受促从官方获取正确资讯，以免对他人造成影响及破坏名声。
