随着槟州爆发扣留犯监狱感染群，槟州近日频频有民众确诊感染新冠肺炎，槟首长曹观友周日在其脸书贴文，为槟州人民加油打气及期待一切将会变好。
他在贴文中指出，为最坏的情况做准备，期许最好的结果（Prepare for the worst，hope for the best）。
该贴文也上载5张照片，分别包括槟州慈济赠送物资予监狱、民众遵守防疫标准作业程序、曹观友在槟州卫生主任阿斯玛雅妮陪同下巡视防疫工作、军警于行管令期间在亚依淡巴刹站岗及地方政府委员主席佳日星赠送物资予医护人员照片。
