拉兹吉丁：统考生2011年起，便可在师范学院报读中文专业领域。
教育部长拉兹吉丁博士强调，早前政府发出有关统考已被部分承认（partial recognition）的声明，其实意指统考生可以继续在师范学院报读中文专业领域，而且该政策在2011年就已经落实。
他是周二在国会下议院部长咨询环节回答新邦令金国会议员马智礼的附加提问时，如是表示。马智礼指出，政府在7月19日发出的声明中，首次使用“部分承认”统考字眼，但首相丹斯里慕尤丁否认承认统考，强调必须符合国家教育政策。
拉兹吉丁则解释，该措施在2011年已经存在，包括马智礼任职教长的时候。
“无论‘名称’如何，事实就是该政策是作为申请师范学院中文专业领域的目的，以满足中文科目师资需求。”
另外，他在阿回答伊斯兰党瓜拉吉赖国会议员阿都拉迪的附加提问时也表示，政府会继续评估拥有高学历的教师，将其安置在合适的位置，以善用他们的专业加强我国的教育系统。
