莱特希泽称中国已购入了100亿美元（427亿5700万令吉）的美国货。
美国贸易代表莱特希泽周三向国会表示，中国官员一再重申会履行中美首阶段贸易协议的承诺，购买更多美国货品和服务，而协议生效迄今中国已经购买了约100亿美元（427亿5700万令吉）的美国货品。
莱特希泽亦向众议院开源委员会的成员表示，自贸易协议2月生效以来，中国购买了约10亿美元（42亿7570万令吉）的美国棉花，比过往的多，但仍远低于全年目标。不过，莱特希泽没有说明中国购买美国棉花的全年目标额是多少。
