消拯人员接获求救电话后赶到现场，该名40岁男子的一只脚插入水沟盖的缝隙间，无法抽出。
消拯人员使用大剪刀剪断水沟盖铁枝，让男子把脚，消拯局紧急医药救援服务队当场为男子检查伤口和医治，男子伤势无大碍。
