从3月2日起，兀兰和大士关卡的汽车、巴士和的士过路费将调低。
新加坡陆路交通管理局周日发表文告指出，这是鉴于马来西亚宣布从2月1日起，降低汽车、巴士和的士的过路费而做出的调整，但摩托车，轻型及重型货物车的过路费则没有更动。

从下月2日开始，兀兰关卡的汽车过路费将从1元降低至8角；的士过路费从5角调低至4角；巴士过路费则从8角下降至6角。
大士关卡汽车的过路费则从繁忙时段的2元5角下调至2元1角，非繁忙时段的1元3角下调至1元1角；的士则从繁忙时段的1元9角下调至1元6角，非繁忙时段的1元下调至8角；巴士过路费则从繁忙时段的3元至下调2元5角，非繁忙时段的1元5角下调至1元2角。

文告也宣布，在东盟成员国注册的公共服务车辆，如巴士和的士将可在陆路交通管理局One Motoring网站，申请公共服务车辆执照(PSVP)。
欲开公共服务车辆入境者，需在入境新加坡的前七天提交申请。
文告表示，这是为了给国外注册的车辆提供更大的方便，驾驶者未来或可使用该网站的网上付费及自动通行卡(Autopass)送到府上的服务。
