财政部公布新一周的燃油价格，RON97降9仙，从每公升2令吉62仙降至2令吉53仙。至于RON95及柴油则继续维持在每公升2令吉08仙及2令吉18仙。
财政部周五发表文告说，最新油价的有效期为1月18日至1月24日。根据自由浮动机制，RON95及柴油的价格应该分别是2令吉23仙及2令吉33仙。
文告指，政府在1月18日至24日给予RON95及柴油的补贴，合共7470万令吉。
