疑精神有问题的被告周五被押上庭面控。
日前涉嫌弑母的38岁失业汉，周五在谋杀罪名下被控上庭。
当法官诺迪亚娜在被告莫哈末里祖安（38岁）宣读控状后，被告颔首表示明白，但没有提出任何请求。
根据控状，被告于11月12日早上8时40分至10时40分之间，在关丹甘榜巴当花园一个住家单位内杀害62岁的母亲沙菲雅哈密，抵触刑法第302（谋杀）条文。在这项条文下，一旦罪成，被告将被判处死刑。
无论如何，法官诺迪亚娜下令将被告送往柔佛柏迈医院进行精神检查，并于12月17日提呈精神检查报告。
周二，一名怀疑患有精神病的无业男子涉及刺伤母亲的颈项，最终导致母亲毙命，被告甚至还把毙命于轮椅上的母亲推往街上，以致在住家约50公尺处食档用餐的顾客惊见轮椅上坐有一具尸体。
