中国电讯巨头华为科技有限公司一位高级管理人员表示：“我们正在推出‘鸿蒙’操作系统（OS），以取代美国的安卓操作系统。”
华为公共事务和通讯部副总裁安德鲁威廉姆森在接受采访时表示，华为‘可能’会将鸿蒙成为注册商标。这款设备在中国可能已经被推广到100多万台手机上。
根据联合国世界知识产权组织的数据显示，华为已在多个国家申请将鸿蒙成为注册商标。
