一间用作柔州伊斯兰研究学院学生的宿舍的房屋周一傍晚发生火患，幸当时在屋内的8名学生及时逃离，没有酿成伤亡事故。

火灾是周一傍晚约7时许发生，拉庆消拯局于傍晚7时35分接获投报后，共派出25名名消拯员和3部消拯车到现场施救，火势在晚上9时被扑灭。

柔州消拯局今日发文告说，坐落在乌达新镇的一栋组屋的单位，用作柔州伊斯兰研究学院的学生宿舍，该宿舍共有12名学生居住。

该局说，该单位内的一间房间不知何故发生火患，当时有8名学生在房屋内，幸亏及时逃离。

该局指出，该局目前尚在调查起火原因和造成的损失，一般需要一周到两周，才能查出确切的原因和损失。
