工程部长拿督斯里阿历山大说，工程部目前鉴定20个非常高风险及迫切需要修复的斜坡，大部分位于东西大道，尽快在今年内展开修复。
他说，这20个斜坡大部分位于东西大道，需要约3600万令吉的费用，必须尽快修复以免危及民众性命。
阿历山大今天（8日）在布城一家酒店出席2025年国家斜坡研讨大会及推介2025-2030国家斜坡总体规划（PICN）后，在新闻发布会上如是表示。
