大马统计局于日前在脸书发帖祝贺华人农历新年快乐，并帖文指在2021年，我国当中的339万4600名劳工是华裔劳工，而每名劳工的平均薪金为3488令吉。
大马统计局发布有关华裔劳工薪金的资讯图。
若以性别分类，男性在2021年的平均工资为3616令吉，女性华裔劳工的平均工资则是3324令吉。这显示男性的平均薪金比女性高。
至于2020年，男性的薪资是3484令吉，女性华裔劳工的平均工资则是3123令吉。这个数据也显示男性在2021年的平均工资比2020年的3484令吉增加132令吉。而女性方面，2021年的平均工资比2020年的平均工资3123令吉，增加201令吉。
