怡保第2地庭（民事）法官普里西拉于本月6日作出的判决中指出，在审查了原告提供的所有证据、文件、论据和文案后，认为原告未能在概率平衡上证明对第一被告、第二被告和第四被告的索赔。
“因此在诉讼被驳回后，原告人须负责堂费。”
现年53岁原告是针对一则“Live Coin”投资计划新闻报导向时任巴占州议员张志坚、本报及另两造，在2018年3月入禀法庭提出诉讼。本报代表律师为准拿督林子辉。
