财政部失火原因曝光，初步调查是装修过程中，有火花溅到废纸所致！
布城警区主任A阿斯玛迪助理总监对《光芒日报》表示，警方周二（6日）下午下午2时36分接到紧急求救电话“999”，修电工人是在财政部大楼G楼发现起火后，尝试灭火，无奈浓烟滚滚而作罢。
他表示，修电工人随后向当地的辅警求助。

他引述消防与拯救局的初步调查表示，起火原因相信是在位于储存室的装修工作过程中，有火花溅到一堆废纸所致。
“无论如何，起火原因还在调查中；大火在当天下午4时30分完全被扑灭。”

A阿斯玛迪补充，事发中没有伤亡报告，损失还未确定。
