威北生態旅遊計劃 是檳州未來新旅遊景點

槟州首长特别协调官行政中心与槟州菜农公会及Baba举办安全农药讲座会。

槟州首长特别协调官赖国平说，槟州政府在3年前开始推动威北生态旅游计划，这将是槟州未来新的旅游景点。
他说，坐落在槟榔东海的威北生态旅游中心会与威北的旅游景点链接起来，让生态旅游具有文化及历史元素。
赖国平日前出席由槟州首长特别协调官行政中心主催，槟州菜农公会与Baba联办的安全农药讲座会上，这么指出。
他说，威北生态旅游可与雪州适耕庄生态旅游加强合作，通过双方的合作，可让处在开始发展阶段的威北生态旅游可以吸取其成功的经验。
他表示，威北生态旅游计划主要涉及果菜农业及历史古迹，至于雪州适耕庄则是渔米的生态旅游，大家都是不同类别的生态旅游产品，因此，可以相互合作，共同推动生态旅游的发展。
他说，威北生态旅游中心的发展项目正在极积推动，因此，希望中心能在今年12月开幕。
他指出，槟州政府希望威北生态旅游计划，能够协助州政府让农业领域达致自给自足的目标外，农产品也能销往其他州。
此项讲座会邀请毕业于美国爱尔华农业大学，获得生物系统工程学士学位的梁瀚泽来主讲。
