前羽球国手约根德兰时隔13年重返马羽总出任男单教练。
目前，国家队男单主教练为叶橙万，助理是拿督郑瑞睦。

39岁的约根德兰迫不及待地想将他的知识传授给未来的高手。他说：“我很高兴回到我作为国家选手开始职业生涯的地方。”他在国家队度过了十年，但在2008年退役前没有取得太大的成功。
他与伙伴一同经营八打灵再也新视野羽毛球学院 (NVBA) 超过10年，后来接受了更大的挑战，在毛里求斯担任了四年的主教练。在他的带领下，毛里求斯凭借2018年全非女队冠军，顺利晋级泰国曼谷尤伯杯决赛圈赛。

约根德兰将于12月1日前往马来西亚羽球学院（ABM）报到履新。
