山东海警局联合山东省公安机关侦破特大走私案。
中国海警局去年8月破获一宗涉案金额高达123亿元人民币（约81亿7142万令吉）的特大走私案，扣查万吨级走私货船、6600吨走私白糖等，案件近日在山东省高级人民法院以走私普通货物罪终审宣判，船长、大副被判囚，涉案船舶被没收。
涉案的走私货船外籍船长、大副（指职位仅低于船长的船舶驾驶员）分别被判囚7年及6年。涉案人员服刑后需驱逐出境。
这是中国海警首次在中国海域内查获外籍走私母船，并被罚款，以及依法没收财物。
该案也是中国海警首次实现对境外采购、海上转运、境内分销走私团伙的“全链条”打击，涉案资金最高、冻结资金最多、现场扣查走私白糖数量最大。
涉案的8个走私团伙涉及采购、转运、分销等环节。经初步核查，仅2019年以来这些团伙走私金额已达123亿元人民币。中国海警局在行动中出动8艘海警舰艇、600多名警力，终成功摧毁该横跨多省市走私犯罪网络，斩断多条海上走私通道。
