马华副总会长兼中央对华事务委员会主席拿督陈徳欽向中国共产党中央对外联络部部长宋涛发贺电，祝贺中国共产党建党100周年。
陈德钦在贺电中代表马来西亚华人公会（马华公会）对华事务委员会兼一带一路中心，向中国共产党致以诚挚而热烈的祝贺。

他说，回顾中国共产党过去百年征程，成功引领中国以及中国人民积极奋进，在国家建设的各个方面持续破旧立新、屡创新猷，推动中国的现代化，也为广大人民百姓打造幸福生活，足以为各国所借鉴和学习。
“马华公会与中国共产党自从于2014年7月18日签署合作交流备忘录以来，马华公会对华事务委员会始终是本党与贵党之间的主要对接单位之一，通过委员会旗下的一带一路中心，展开了各项合作交流计划，取得了丰硕成果。”
“我们期望两党未来继续保持紧密合作，在不断强化两党关系的同时，也巩固马中友好，共同为两国人民谋福祉，为两国双边关系开新局。”
