这宗案件是星期六在雪兰莪州北巴生谷大道收费站往哥打白沙罗方向附近发生，双溪毛糯消拯局9名人员，于晚上7时13分接到投报后，于7时27分到达现场。
根据初步调查，有关路段进行工程时，突有一段洋灰桥梁，从12米高处坠落。
两名在桥梁下工作的孟加拉籍男子（20多岁到40多岁岁），不幸遭到洋灰石与鹰架压到受伤。
