第33届中国电影金鸡奖颁奖典礼系列活动，将于11月25日起在厦门开跑。电影《少年的你》获得最佳故事片、最佳导演、最佳男主角、最佳女主角、最佳男配角、最佳女配角、最佳编剧、最佳摄影、最佳录音、最佳音乐、最佳剪辑，共11个重要奖项提名。
片中易烊千玺和周冬雨分别提名最佳男、女主角，而与易烊千玺一起提名男主角奖的，还有大鹏、肖央、吴昱翰、黄晓明，都是演艺圈赫赫有名的前辈。11月28日的颁奖典礼当天，正好是易烊千玺20岁生日，如能获奖，其粉丝说：“千玺获得了最好的生日礼物！”
