跳蚤市场除迎来了久违的人潮，整条街道也开始恢复生气。

设在荷里街的时光隧道跳蚤市场，每逢周日才营业，有逾百个摊位，惟怡保市政厅在复苏式行管令期间最多只能允准60多个摊位营业。
复工的业者在周日抵达市场后，都依据市政厅作出的安排，以“Z”字形编排摊位。
该市集共有6个进出口让民众进入和离开，每个进出口都有怡保市政厅、霹州卫生局及其他相关部门的官员驻守，包括为民检测体温和登记个人资料，以确保每个到访者都在健康的情况下进入市集。#
