马国明近来开设个人IG，却未追踪旧爱黄心颖。
许志安去年背着妻子郑秀文偷吃女星黄心颖，而黄心颖当时也有男友、46岁香港无线当家小生马国明，马国明事后帮女方缓颊，分手后也未落井下石，被封为最佳前男友，不过他前日开设IG帐号时，就被发现未追踪黄心颖。

马国明甚少经营社群网站，2年前他开了微博，直到现在才开了IG帐号，粉丝又惊又喜，表示“小马终于也有IG啦”、“终于等到你啦……奇迹啊”、“竟然见证到马明开IG，everything is possible（万事都有可能）”。
而他IG帐号目前追踪27人，包括旧爱胡定欣以及年初传出绯闻的干妹唐诗咏，显见他对绯闻并不避讳，但却未追踪前女友黄心颖，难免引人深思。
