死者许云健（28岁，餐馆经理），于周日2时许，在蒲种某公寓被发现坠楼身亡。

案发前，死者将受骗经过张贴在脸书，籍以警惕民众勿步其后尘；他坦言本身已经走投无路，没有办法了。
他在遗书中，无论对双亲或信任及借钱让他应急的朋友，声声“对不起”。
