双溪大年华团联合会主席李冠霖说，该会遵从政府所实施的行动管制令，因此该会不鼓励后裔到双溪大年华团联合会义山扫墓。
他发表文告表示，这个议决也是该会义山小组召开紧急会议后，一致决定这样安排，并希望后裔们能合作与配合。
他指出，该会也不会在这段行动管制期间，即18日至31日时期，聘请志愿警卫团到该义山站岗，希望民众们注意这个事项。
双溪大年华团联合会义山，总共有2万多个墓穴。
“至于届时4月1日如果政府宣布解除“限制行动法令后，我们才再另作安排，可能届时才再聘请志愿警卫团到义山站岗。”
他指出，由于清明节是落在4月4日，可能政府到另外安排和宣布，他们到时才再安排后续发展的工作。
位于双溪巴锡的华团联合会义山3个公塚，总共有2万多个墓穴，是本区超大型的义山。
